VILLA DEL DRAGO is set within a residential complex located between Scopello and Castellammare del Golfo. Its privileged position offers guests the possibility to visit within 1 hour driving Trapani and Palermo. Driving into a lovely bougainvillea path you reach Villa Del Drago, surrounded by a gorgeous private garden.
You access the modern villa through a sheltered porch that leads into the open living room with a kitchen corner. The modern kitchen island is equipped with an electric hob, oven, dishwasher and every kind of cooking equipment like a toaster, an electric kettle etc etc
The living area is equipped with a sofa, tv-sat, dining table and chairs.
The sleeping area is made up of two bedrooms: a double bedroom characterized by a Japanese style and a twin bedroom with a sea view.
The villa is equipped with mosquito nets, a/c and ceiling fans.
The spacious and modern emerald green bathroom has a basin, WC, bidet and shower.
The villa has also a wonderful sea view veranda where you can eat al fresco, enjoying a breathtaking sunset.
Outside there is also a bbq and a spacious parking spot.
In front of the villa there is an amazing sea view solarium with Jacuzzi.
The nearest beach is 1.5 km away. Castellammare del Golfo is 4.5 km from the villa. Here you may find all the main services you need: supermarkets, restaurants, post office ect ect.. 1 km from the villa there is a bakery and a pizzeria. The old village of Scopello and Lo Zingaro Natural Reserve are 5.5 km from the villa.

Bella villa
Bella vista mare. Comoda posizione.
Unica pecca: climatizzata solo la zona giorno e non le camere da letto.
Qualità e cortesia
La casa è in ottime condizioni e le fotografie rispecchiano fedelmente la situazione.
La posizione è molto comoda perchè consente di spostarsi rapidamente in tutte le direzioni (in particolare molto vicino alla Riserva dello Zingaro che per noi è stata una scoperta favolosa).
Abbiamo avuto anche modo di apprezzare la cortesia e disponibilità al momento del nostro arrivo (molto ritardato a causa di problemi nei trasporti, giungendo a mezzanotte).

wonderful view of the sea and the mountains.
We enjoyed hiking in' Lo Zingaro' and the excellent restaurants in the vicinity. It' s a good startingpoint for visitng several sights.

The only suggested improvement would be to provide a few of those things that you don't want to buy whole packages of when on holiday - salt, pepper, dishwasher tablets, cling-film. It doesn't cost much, but makes life easier.

Cancellation policy
Standard
Any cancellation must be communicated in writing by fax or email. Cancellation will take effect the day this notification is received by us. In accordance with our Regulation, the following penalties will be applied:
- 50% of the total rental price – from 29 to 15 days before arrival.
- 100% of the total rental price –14 days before the arrival.
The rental price does not include cancellation insurance. If for any reason not depending on our will, Cicerone Tour srl is forced to cancel a booking, a similar property will offer to the Guest. If the rate of the alternative accommodation is lower then the price paid by the Guest, Cicerone Tour srl will refund the difference. If the rate of the alternative accommodation is higher than the rate paid by the Guest, no extra costs will be required. If the Guest want to cancel the booking, Cicerone Tour srl will refund the whole amount and no further compensation can be asked by the Guest.

Booking
Schade ist lediglich zu sehen, wieviel Plastikmüll in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Meer und an öffentlichen Stränden überall verstreut liegt, aber dafür kann dieses sympathische Haus natürlich nichts. Das ist ein gesellschaftliches Problem.
