Description

Villa Ananda is a modern building set amongst a patchwork of olive groves and typical Mediterranean plants. The villa, built on 2017, is a two-story house.

On the ground floor, there is the living room with a kitchen corner, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and two bathrooms with showers. From the kitchen, you may access the covered veranda with a dining table. On the first floor, reachable through external access, there is a further ensuite double bedroom with a sea view terrace. The villa is equipped with mosquito nets and wifi. All rooms are air-conditioned and furnished in a modern and functional style. On a side of the house, there is the solarium with the swimming pool (10x5) and jacuzzi, sunbeds, external shower and a BBQ area.

Cancellation policy

Standard

Any cancellation must be communicated in writing by fax or email. Cancellation will take effect the day this notification is received by us. In accordance with our Regulation, the following penalties will be applied:

  • 50% of the total rental price – from 29 to 15 days before arrival.
  • 100% of the total rental price –14 days before the arrival.

The rental price does not include cancellation insurance.  If for any reason not depending on our will, Cicerone Tour srl is forced to cancel a booking, a similar property will offer to the Guest. If the rate of the alternative accommodation is lower then the price paid by the Guest, Cicerone Tour srl will refund the difference. If the rate of the alternative accommodation is higher than the rate paid by the Guest, no extra costs will be required. If the Guest want to cancel the booking, Cicerone Tour srl will refund the whole amount and no further compensation can be asked by the Guest.
