Tyche’s Suite is a modern design house located in one of the ancient neighborhoods of Castellammare del Golfo. 


The house is built on 3 floors. On the first floor, there is a spacious living room with a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The room with its modern style is particularly bright thanks to the big glass windows overlooking a small covered veranda and the total white furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, automatic coffee machine). The living room is furnished with a sofa that gives a touch of color to the room, a 42-inch flat-screen smart tv, and a bookcase.  All the rooms are made with special attention to detail. You can reach the second floor through a special iron staircase characterized by a photo gallery on the wall. On the second floor, you find the sleeping area made up of one spacious double bedroom with a window, one twin bedroom with a balcony, and a spacious bathroom with a shower.On the third floor, there is a further double bedroom. This room has an eco-design. The bed has been created using old pallets. From this room, you access the sea view veranda where a lovely jacuzzi is located. The terrace is equipped also with a dining table, sunbeds, umbrella and bbq.

All the rooms are airconditioned. La Suite di Tyche has central heating (just the third-floor bedroom has no radiator) 

Tyche has also free wifi. Tyche is the ideal solution for those who want to rest in a comfortable location just close to the beach, stores, and the city center. 600 mt away from the house you find the beach of Petrolo.  Within walking distance, you can reach the harbor with its typical coffee bars and restaurants but also the historical center that during the night is close to the traffic.

Eliana è stata molto disponibile. La casa è grande e curata nei minimi dettagli, inoltre ha una terrazza enorme fatta apposta per godere appieno sia jacuzzi che barbeque.

La suite di Tyche is a perfect place to make your holiday unforgettable. Very clean and structured house, with lots of space and relaxed atmosphere. Eliana was an absolutely incredible host, she managed to get us in the house prior to check-in time, gave us plenty of informations, tips and tricks about the Castellammare's zone and also made us find everything for our needs such as towels, shampoo, biscuits and wine! Of course, best point of the house is the jacuzzi where you can relax yourself and have a bbq at night. We enjoyed our stay very much and we would definitely recommend it to anybody looking for place to stay in this beautiful part of Sicily.

Our stay in the suite was fantastic. The property is beautiful and just a few minutes walk from the center of town. Eliana welcomed us with a great basket of local foods and was always available when we needed her. Highly recommended.

“We had an amazing week here”

Eliana is a WONDERFULL HOST. Once arrived in Sicily we took a cab to the house. Because the driver did not have a gps in his car and did not find his way very well in Castellammare, Eliana picked us up in the harbour of Castellammare and brought us to the house herself. During our entire trip we were able to have contact with Eliana ((SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN): using the wifi in the house). She did not only answer our questions, she did also give very usefull information concercing bars, restaurants, sightseeing, location of supermarkets, ... . Concerning the house: The pictures of the house are 100 percent accurate. It's a very beautiful house with an amazing rooftop! Basic needs like sheets, towels, bedlinnens but also snacks/food were at our disposal when we arrived. I would recommend this place without doubt when staying in Castellammare.

Cancellation policy

Standard

Any cancellation must be communicated in writing by fax or email. Cancellation will take effect the day this notification is received by us. In accordance with our Regulation, the following penalties will be applied:

  • 50% of the total rental price – from 29 to 15 days before arrival.
  • 100% of the total rental price –14 days before the arrival.

The rental price does not include cancellation insurance.  If for any reason not depending on our will, Cicerone Tour srl is forced to cancel a booking, a similar property will offer to the Guest. If the rate of the alternative accommodation is lower then the price paid by the Guest, Cicerone Tour srl will refund the difference. If the rate of the alternative accommodation is higher than the rate paid by the Guest, no extra costs will be required. If the Guest want to cancel the booking, Cicerone Tour srl will refund the whole amount and no further compensation can be asked by the Guest.
