VILLA CIURIDDA is a modern villa with swimming pool located in a quiet residential area, just 700 mt away from the sandy beach of Alcamo Marina. 

On the first floor, there is an open space with kitchen and living room furnished with dining table, sofa and smart TV. The room is very bright thanks to the big window that overlooks the terrace equipped with table and chair and the garden. The modern kitchen is fully equipped.

The sleeping area is made up of 1 bedroom with bunk bed and 2 double bedrooms. One of them is characterized by the presence of a bathtub that enriches the room and en suite bathroom with shower. On request it is possible to add a single bed in the double bedroom for the 6th person. At guests disposal a further bathroom with shower.

The villa is furnished in a modern and functional style, with attention to the smallest details. The 2 double bedrooms and the living room are airconditioned.

The villa is fenced and has spacious parking. 

On a side of the villa is located the swimming pool (11x4mt)

È stato tutto perfetto. Villa Ciuridda la scelta giusta! Pulizia degli ambienti top, la posizione ottima e la piscina è stata il fiore all'occhiello! Il Sig. Gaetano è stato super disponibile e sempre cortese. Sicuramente sceglieremo nuovamente ScopelloCaseVacanze.

Cancellation policy

Standard

Any cancellation must be communicated in writing by fax or email. Cancellation will take effect the day this notification is received by us. In accordance with our Regulation, the following penalties will be applied:

  • 50% of the total rental price – from 29 to 15 days before arrival.
  • 100% of the total rental price –14 days before the arrival.

The rental price does not include cancellation insurance.  If for any reason not depending on our will, Cicerone Tour srl is forced to cancel a booking, a similar property will offer to the Guest. If the rate of the alternative accommodation is lower then the price paid by the Guest, Cicerone Tour srl will refund the difference. If the rate of the alternative accommodation is higher than the rate paid by the Guest, no extra costs will be required. If the Guest want to cancel the booking, Cicerone Tour srl will refund the whole amount and no further compensation can be asked by the Guest.
