The "Cassatelle" and "Sfince" are typical Sicilian sweets originally preparaed during Carnival fest. The cassatelle, which origin is linked to the small village of Calatafimi Segesta, are ravioli filled with sweet ship ricotta. The Sfince instead, loved by kids, are fritters covered with sugar. Our Chef will join you in the house with all necessary to prepare sweets. A funny and relaxing experience but firs of all a greedy experience.
